Rooted in tradition and observing the lineages under which we have studied, Sol to Soul aims to offer yoga for every body, mind, and spirit. We uphold the teachings of the Eight Limbs on and off the mat, and we strive to provide classes that stimulate prana and encourage self-observation, taught by teachers that lead with kindness, devotion, and experience.

In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means the Science of Life.
Preceding the earliest yogic teachings, Ayurveda provides a pathway to maintaining our health, through sacred routine, supportive dietary and lifestyle practices, and a focus on balance and alignment.
Ayurveda recognizes that health is a state unique to our individual constitutions, instead of a one-size-fits-all definition to squeeze into.
