Sadhana at Sol to Soul consists of regular early morning practice sessions, where we will explore ourselves and the world around us via asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and story-telling. The class is accessible to all levels of yogis and is meant to inspire your own practice within and without the studio.

This class is ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, individuals with limited mobility, or anyone who prefers a slower, more supported yoga practice. Movements are done seated and standing with the chair for stability, allowing each participant to move at their own pace and comfort level. Chair Yoga offers a welcoming space to relax, reconnect with your body, and cultivate calm through breath, movement, and mindfulness. No previous yoga experience is necessary—just come as you are. We supply the chairs--please bring your own mat!
